From the Superintendent

On behalf of the Board of Education, the administration, the staff and the students of the Pomfret Community School I welcome you to our new district website. The primary purpose of this site is to provide access to timely and meaningful information related to personnel, programs, services and activities at the Pomfret Community School.

2018 Murdock Scholarship

Any high school senior planning advanced education, or undergraduate student whose legal residence is in the Town of Pomfret, CT may apply for financial aid from The William and Gladys Murdock Scholarship Fund. The application must be received no later than April 29, 2016.

Special Events

The PCS 2017-18 calendar has been adjusted. Feb. 20 and March 9 are now instructional days. Lunch for Tuesday, Feb. 20 will be Sweet & Sour Chicken, Brown Rice and Asian Vegetables.
PTO Sponsored "Movie Night"
Wonder - Friday, Feb. 23, 6:30 pm. This is a family event and all children must have adult supervision.

Congratulations to the PCS Math Counts Club for their strong performance at the Eastern CT Chapter Math Counts Competition and to team captain Zachary Roethlein who advances to the state competition!
